Ravenna Group needed a single system to coordinate drivers, warehouse staff, vehicles, attendance and daily operations. The solution combines a web administration platform with a mobile application for field staff.
A centralised platform was developed with operational dashboards, driver and warehouse staff management, fleet control, absence planning, attendance and break tracking, delivery statistics and document expiry management. The mobile application allows staff to view shifts and documents, register attendance and receive communications and notifications.
Management now has clearer and more up-to-date information, while staff use a single tool for daily activities. Processes are easier to track, manual work has been reduced and the platform can evolve with the organisation.
