Google Calendar

Studio appointments are added to Google Calendar. Rescheduling and cancellations of linked events sync in both directions; other Google events block availability, with any conflicts flagged for review.

Working hours and breaks

A work schedule for each practitioner, with weekly hours, breaks, closed days and exceptions for individual dates or periods.

Availability and bookings

Available slots account for treatment duration, room preparation, working hours and existing practitioner and patient commitments to prevent overlaps.

Appointment requests

Patients provide their preferred time. The studio offers a slot, held for a limited period while awaiting confirmation.

Patients, services and practitioners

Patient and contact records, treatments with duration and price, and services assigned to the professionals who provide them.

Communications

Confirmations, rescheduling and cancellations in the management system’s notifications, with optional email delivery.
